Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

• The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with policies.
• The role involves managing inventory, supervising staff, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics to support smooth distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, and distribution activities.
• Ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
• Safeguard warehouse operations and enforce security protocols.
• Monitor and report warehouse activities daily.
• Collaborate with logistics to resolve distribution issues.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance and productivity.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervision within FMCG, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
