GN128 Solutions ia a business based in Ikeja currently looking to hire IT Support Officer (Intern) o join our team. You will be required to have the theoretical knowledge of IT Hardware, Computer Networking, Windows Operating Systems plus the ability to learn fast + provide support to the IT team. Job Title: IT Support Officer (Intern)

• We are looking to hire IT Support Officer (Intern) to join our team.
• You will be required to have the theoretical knowledge of IT Hardware, Computer Networking, Windows Operating Systems plus the ability to learn fast + provide support to the IT team.
• Our ideal candidate will be someone with a desire to learn & develop their IT skills, a good communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Core Responsibilities and Duties

• Installing and configuring computer operating systems and applications;
• Configuring Internet routers & connecting laptops to LAN;
• Testing & making sure applications functions as required;
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems;
• Provide technical assistance to project teams;
• Troubleshooting, Diagnosing and repairing IT Hardware Issues/faults, resolving network issues;
• Repairing and replacing hardware equipment where necessary;
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
• Reporting & Administrative Duties.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND / OND in Computer Science or related fields;
• Minimum of 6 months professional experience.
• Experience in desktop/technical support;
• Knowledge of hardware maintenance and Networking;
• Must be able to work under pressure;
• Live within 30mins of commuting with Ikeja;
• Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised.

• Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills

Basic Salary
N125,000 monthly + Bonus.
