Job Title: Waiter and Waitress

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Role Overview

• We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Waiters & Waitresses to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidates will be passionate about customer service, attentive to detail, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and portioning.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness of tables and dining areas throughout service.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Work closely with runners, hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, NCE, or OND qualification with a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Professional appearance and grooming.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
