Job Title: Patrol Supervisor

About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patrol Supervisor to join our esteemed security team in the Security and Investigations industry.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security operations of assigned locations, ensuring compliance with established protocols and procedures.
• This role requires strong leadership skills, as the Patrol Supervisor will manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure the highest level of service and performance.
• The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to react promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
• The Patrol Supervisor will be expected to conduct regular patrols, assess potential security risks, and maintain open lines of communication with local law enforcement agencies.
• A strong commitment to upholding the safety of clients and properties is essential, as well as the ability to operate under high-pressure situations. Furthermore, this position requires effective problem-solving skills, proactive planning, and the capability to implement necessary strategies to enhance security measures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective security operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of property and facilities to identify potential security risks.
• Develop and implement patrol schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to enhance performance and compliance with standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on patrol activities, incidents, and any disturbances.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, conducting evaluations and coordinating appropriate responses with relevant authorities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related fields is preferred, with 1-3 years of experience.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security field.
• Strong knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
