Job Summary

• We are seeking experienced and results-driven Marketers to promote and represent all our services — from real estate and surveying to construction and engineering designs and other related services.
• The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• You will blend content creation with offline field activation to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support conversion across diverse offerings.
• You will work closely with the media team, construction & engineering teams, and sales functions to craft compelling messages, campaigns and partnerships.
• You’ll serve as the bridge between clients and the company, ensuring that customer needs are understood and met.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients for land purchases, surveying, construction, and design services.
• Visit sites, offices, and institutions to introduce company services and secure partnerships.
• Distribute marketing materials and represent the company at events, exhibitions, and community engagements.
• Maintain active follow-up with leads and ensure conversion to sales or service contracts.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Report weekly marketing activities, leads, and performance updates to the Marketing Supervisor or Manager.
• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to ensure accurate service delivery and client follow-up.
• Work with design team to create content across services and online trends

Requirements

• OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant marketing or field sales experience (preferably in real estate, construction, or engineering services).
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Must be confident, presentable, and comfortable engaging clients both on-site and off-site.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must reside in or be willing to work within Enugu.
