We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Marketer

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Sales Marketer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our bespoke furniture products, and building strong customer relationships.
  • You will work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure clients receive excellent service from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through field visits, online research, and networking.
  • Promote the company’s products and services to prospective customers, including homeowners, contractors, interior designers, and developers.
  • Manage incoming leads and follow up promptly to convert enquiries into sales.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and present quotations and product information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate new leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 - 10 years previous experience in sales or marketing (experience in furniture, construction, or interior design industry is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of social media marketing and online lead generation.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s licence is preferred.
