We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect (Bespoke Furniture & Interior Projects)

Location: Awoyaya, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our bespoke furniture and interior design team.
• The ideal candidate must be able to manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design, accurate technical drawings, and smooth execution on-site.
• You will work closely with clients, designers, and our production team to translate ideas into functional, beautiful, and manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial concept, design development, technical drawings, production coordination, to final installation.
• Meet clients to understand their requirements and translate them into creative and functional design solutions.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and specifications for bespoke furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, and interior spaces.
• Work closely with carpenters, machinists, and production managers to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with materials, costs, and timelines.
• Conduct site surveys, take accurate measurements, and prepare layout plans.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Manage communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Resolve design challenges and propose practical solutions during production or installation.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
• Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals for client approval.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish (preferably in bespoke furniture, joinery, or interior design).
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar architectural design software.
• Strong understanding of materials, joinery details, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
