Key Responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a discerning portfolio of affluent clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and wealth advisory expertise:
Acquire and onboard new affluent clients, identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
Deepen engagement with existing clients by understanding their financial aspirations and recommending suitable wealth management products and services.
Deliver personalized, advisory-led solutions encompassing investments, financing, and bancassurance aligned with clients’ evolving needs.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow up on leads, coordinate client appointments, and ensure timely closure of client requests.
Support clients throughout their financial lifecycle, adapting solutions as clients progress through different career stages and life events.
Build enduring relationships that foster loyalty and safeguard clients' wealth through appropriate risk management and investment strategies.
Stay informed of current market trends, new product launches, and promotional campaigns to enhance advisory capabilities.
Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls in client account management.
Uphold high standards of client service excellence to reinforce the bank’s reputation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following educational and professional criteria to be considered for the role:
Minimum educational requirement of a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualification.
Relevant professional memberships or certifications related to banking, finance, or wealth management are highly desirable to support continuous learning and adherence to industry best practices.
Completion of mandatory and developmental bank training programs, including role-specific, regulatory, and compliance courses focusing on Anti-Money Laundering, Conflict of Interest, Anti-Bribery, and Sanctions awareness.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly languages relevant to the local market and clients served.

At least 7 years of banking experience, ideally with a strong sales and client relationship pedigree.
