Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic Customer team at Mshel Homes Limited.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.
• This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers via phone calls to promote and sell real estate properties.
• Understand customer needs, answer inquiries, and provide relevant property details.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and company referrals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
• Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve customer engagement strategies.
• Stay updated on the company’s real estate offerings, pricing, and market trends.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Sales Representative, or a similar role (preferably in the real estate sector).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong sales ability and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.
