About the Role

• We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Juicer and Sales Associate. This role is perfect for someone passionate about health and wellness, eager to learn, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
Exceptional Customer Service and Sales (Front of House):

• Greet all customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a positive and energetic atmosphere.
• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging customers, and educating them on the health benefits and ingredients of our products (juices, cleanses, shots, etc.).
• Process customer orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and handle cash and electronic transactions efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend appropriate products, upselling relevant items to meet sales goals.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of all menu items, ingredients, and store products, with a strong willingness to continually learn about nutritional science and wellness trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor issues professionally and efficiently.

Juicing and Production (Back of House):

• Prepare all fresh juices, smoothies, and wellness shots according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Handle, wash, cut, and prepare produce (fruits and vegetables) with speed and precision.
• Operate and maintain commercial juicing and blending equipment, ensuring all machinery is cleaned and functioning correctly.
• Manage inventory of fresh produce and dry goods, ensuring proper rotation and minimizing waste.

Store Operations and Hygiene:

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both the front-of-house (sales area) and back-of-house (production/kitchen) areas, following strict food safety protocols.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including setting up displays, cleaning, and restocking.
• Participate in deep cleaning sessions and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving and organizing new stock deliveries.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Qualification: Interested candidates should possess an SSEC / OND qualification with 2 years experience
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, food service, or a high-paced retail environment is highly desirable.
• Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent, engaging, and friendly customer interactions.
• Willingness to Learn: A proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward mastering new skills, recipes, and complex product knowledge related to health and nutrition.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods
• Availability: Must be consistently available to work Monday through Friday during operational hours.
• Integrity: Must be honest, reliable, and possess a strong work ethic.
