Description

• We are looking for a talented and prolific Sports Content Creator to become the engine of our client's digital presence.
• Your mission is to translate the passion of sport into a relentless stream of high-performance content across all social media channels.
• You won't just be posting; you will be building a community and driving measurable engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a daily content calendar for platforms including Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, YouTube and Facebook, aligned with the client's brand voice and audience growth targets.
• Video-First Production: Lead the creation of premium, thumb-stopping video content, including match highlights, tactical analysis, fan reactions, and viral trends optimized for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Multimedia Design: Create compelling static graphics, GIFs, and visual assets using tools likeAdobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, Photoshop) or Canva to support breaking news, features, and social campaigns.
• Community & Engagement: Act as the brand's voice by actively engaging with the community in comments and DMs, fostering dialogue, and running interactive sessions (e.g., Q&As, polls, live streams).
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor content performance and analytics to identify winning trends, provide weekly performance reports, and continuously refine the strategy based on data-driven insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the team to ensure a cohesive and powerful brand narrative across all touchpoints.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in content creation and social media management role.(A strong, proven portfolio can substitute for formal experience)
• A demonstrable portfolio of original sports-related content (please provide links).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a capable workstation (computer/laptop and smartphone) for remote days.

• A Sports Fanatic: You live and breathe sports, with deep knowledge of Nigerian football (NPFL), major European leagues, and a keen eye for the stories that matter to fans.
• A Proven Creator: You have a portfolio that demonstrates your skill in video editing, graphic design, and social media management. You can point to content you've created that has driven significant engagement or growth.
• Tech-Savvy & Tool-Proficient: You are highly proficient with video editing software (e.g.,CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g.,Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Results-Obsessed: You understand the link between great content and key metrics like follower growth, engagement rate, and video completion rates.
• A Proactive Partner: You are a self-starter, a creative problem-solver, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused agency environment.
