Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Chief Commercial Officer to lead and grow the company’s revenue.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned female commercial leader with a strong track record of delivering significant sales growth, closing high-value deals, and driving commercial strategy in a travel agency environment..
Drive large-scale sales growth and expand revenue across all product lines: flights, holidays, hotels, visas, tours, corporate travel, and more.
Develop and execute a strong commercial strategy that positions the company as a leading player in the travel industry.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion of high-value clients.
Lead negotiations, close major deals, and secure long-term corporate accounts.
Monitor and forecast sales performance, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are exceeded.
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new markets, high-value opportunities, and untapped revenue segments.
Establish executive-level relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, travel partners, and vendors.
Initiate and drive strategic partnerships with airlines, hotels, tourism boards, and other stakeholders.
Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to shape commercial decisions.
Develop new revenue channels, campaigns, and product offerings that align with market demands.
Lead the development of innovative sales strategies that differentiate the company from competitors.
Leadership & Team Performance:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and business development teams to achieve maximum performance.
Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability across all commercial functions.
Build a high-performance culture focused on excellence, speed, and revenue generation.
Client Relationship Management:
Strengthen long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and increase customer lifetime value.
Ensure exceptional client experience at every stage of the sales and post-travel cycle.
Resolve escalations and maintain high client satisfaction levels.
Key Requirements
7 - 10 years proven experience in commercial leadership roles within a travel agency or travel-related sector.
Strong and documented record of achieving big sales, closing large corporate accounts, and surpassing revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of travel products, global distribution systems (GDS), airline relationships, and commercial dynamics in the travel industry.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create measurable commercial impact within a short timeframe.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
Highly confident, well-presented, results-driven, and able to operate at an executive level.
