Job Summary
We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team at 7 Fifteen Capital Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics and supporting marketing initiatives to showcase our luxury real estate developments.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Content Creation: Develop and create visually compelling graphics, including logos, brochures, posters, videos, flyers, signage, digital banners, social media assets, and presentations.
Brand Consistency: Interpret brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual elements and communication materials.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and deadlines.
Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the creative process.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing.
Digital Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design files.
Marketing Strategy: Provide input and contribute ideas to marketing strategies and campaigns.
External Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies as needed.
Team Participation: Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative reviews.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in graphic design and marketing, preferably in luxury real estate or a similar industry.
Design Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics
Luxury visual content creation
3D visualization and rendering
Print and digital design
Photography and image editing
Typography and colour theory
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and luxury branding is a plus.
