We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Employee Experience Advisor

Location: Group Head Office (Oversight across all subsidiaries-real estate, microfinance bank, asset management, insurance brokerage & Facility mgt, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To design, coordinate, and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, well-being, and communication across the Group.
• The role ensures employees have a consistent and positive experience throughout their journey with the organization — from onboarding to exit — while promoting alignment with the Group’s values, mission, and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Engagement & Culture:

• Develop and execute engagement programs that strengthen morale, commitment, and collaboration.
• Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organize group-wide culture and wellness programs that promote belonging and positivity.
• Onboarding & Integration
• Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new hires across all subsidiaries.
• Ensure smooth integration and alignment of new employees with company culture and expectations.

Internal Communication:

• Manage HR communication channels including newsletters, announcements, and staff updates.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications to ensure consistency and creativity in employee messaging.

Employee Recognition & Welfare:

• Design and implement recognition and reward programs.
• Oversee staff welfare, employee assistance, and social initiatives that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

Feedback & Experience Improvement:

• Collect and analyze employee sentiment and engagement data.
• Work with HRBP to address engagement issues and improve retention.

Collaboration & HR Support:

• Partner with HRBP, Talent Management, and Admin teams on shared people initiatives.
• Support exit processes and post-employment feedback analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3 – 6 years relevant HR experience, with focus on employee engagement or internal communications.
• Experience in multi-sector or group structures (e.g., Real Estate, Financial Services, or Facility Management).
• HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) is an added advantage.
