Summary

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the execution, implementation, and management of all value-added services (VAS) initiatives and deliverables across Nigeria.
• The role focuses on ensuring timely rollout of all VAS projects while meeting customer expectations and driving revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will leverage strategic planning, innovation, and strong customer relationship management to deliver superior customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction nationwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand the company’s VAS portfolio.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Develop proposals and business cases for new services and revenue streams.
• Oversee the implementation of VAS deliverables across all operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, processes, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Conduct periodic audits to track performance and ensure service quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and technical teams to create innovative VAS concepts.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications for project execution.
• Negotiate and manage marketing agreements and partnerships that support VAS growth.
• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned VAS projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage project milestones and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive smooth and efficient implementation.
• Drive revenue generation through VAS initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Deliver on sales targets and contribute meaningfully to the company’s financial goals.
• Optimize existing services to increase customer adoption and retention.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in selling services or business development.
• Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
• Proven track record in project implementation, business growth, and client engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Salary
Attractive (N650,000 - N700,000 / Month).
