As we expand, we are seeking a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead sourcing, logistics, and supply systems across the value chain.

Position Overview
The Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain planning, vendor management, logistics, and procurement for all operational needs—ranging from farm inputs and mill consumables to machinery and services.
A major responsibility will be the planning, coordination, and prioritization of Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) procurement, ensuring reliable supply from both company estates and smallholder partners.
This role is suited to an early- to mid-career professional with proven experience in agriculture, industrial processing, supply chain management, or FMCG operations in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies supporting timely and cost-effective sourcing across farming and milling operations.
Lead and coordinate Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) sourcing from plantation blocks, local suppliers, out-growers, and smallholder farmers.
Establish reliable procurement schedules to ensure continuous and cost-efficient milling operations.
Build strong relationships with smallholder farmers, farmer groups, and local supply networks to strengthen community participation and supply reliability.
Support smallholder onboarding, price communication, quality expectations, supply contracts, delivery planning, and payment coordination.
Oversee purchasing of fertilizers, chemicals, field tools, engineering spares, packaging materials, PPE, and utilities.
Work closely with farm and mill teams to forecast material and FFB needs and align supply plans with production targets.
Oversee logistics planning for inbound materials, stock transfers, and local transportation of FFB and mill-bound goods.
Implement transparent and efficient inventory management systems to eliminate shortages, waste, and excess stock.
Track procurement KPIs such as supplier reliability, cost efficiency, stock rotation, and delivery performance.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and dashboards for management visibility.
Ensure procurement aligns with company ESG policies, local regulations, and best supply chain practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agricultural Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
3 – 8 years of procurement, logistics, or supply chain experience—preferably in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
Demonstrated experience managing supplier networks, rural sourcing, or agricultural buying operations (palm oil or similar crops is an advantage).
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Familiarity with vendor performance evaluation and structured sourcing processes.
Experience with ERP or digital supply chain systems (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong numeracy and analytical capabilities.

What We Offer
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 / month
