Our personnel resource persons are positioned for long term on-the-job success. Personnel resources within our database include administration officers, drivers, auditors, logistics officers, procurement expediters, project managers, contact centre and customer service executives, buyers, technicians, engineers, chief executives and other professionals.

We manage and implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and learning projects, including methods to assess advocacy and long term policy change efforts. Our team typically utilizes a blend of quantitative and qualitative methods to conduct rigorous data collection for design, implementation and evaluation of projects, programmes and policies.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• Drive the employer and/or family members to various destinations including work, appointments, meetings, school runs, and social engagements.
• Ensure the vehicle is always fueled, clean, and well-maintained.
• Perform routine checks on the vehicle’s oil, brakes, tires, lights, and other essential systems.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival.
• Assist with carrying luggage, parcels, or other errands as requested.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Promptly report any mechanical issues or incidents.
• Stay available and flexible for varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends if needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a corporate or personal driver.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic laws within Lagos State.
• Punctual, honest, and respectful with a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be physically fit and mentally alert.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
