Job Title: Female Sales & Marketing Lead (with IT Background)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

About the Role

• This is a leadership position focused primarily on driving sales and marketing performance.
• The ideal candidate will have the maturity and professional experience required to supervise the IT team, understand website operations, evaluate performance, and ensure the quality of updates and digital activities.
• This role requires someone who is stable, responsible, confident in leadership, and committed to long-term growth with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities across online and offline channels.
• Supervise IT personnel handling e-commerce updates, website performance, SEO compliance, and digital operations.
• Ensure that marketing strategies and campaigns directly support business goals and revenue growth.
• Review website tasks, product uploads, content accuracy, and digital user experience.
• Oversee customer engagement initiatives, promotions, and brand visibility.
• Work closely with management to support decision-making with sound judgment and professionalism.
• Provide leadership, structure, and accountability within the sales and marketing team.

Requirements

• Strong background in Sales & Marketing, especially in a structured or corporate environment.
• Understanding of IT processes, website management, or digital systems (not for hands-on IT work, but to supervise effectively).
• 5–7 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to guide and oversee teams.
• Mature, responsible, and committed to personal and organizational growth.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments.
• Stable individual seeking a long-term career role with growth opportunities.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
