About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Procurement to lead our sourcing, vendor management, and materials acquisition for experiential campaigns and event productions.
• This role requires a professional who understands the fast-paced experiential industry, has strong vendor networks, excellent negotiation skills, and can manage time-sensitive procurement for fabrication, production, installations, and on-ground events.

What You Will Do

• Lead the end-to-end procurement function for events, productions, and experiential activations.
• Build and manage a strong network of suppliers, technical vendors, production houses, fabricators, artisans, and logistics partners.
• Negotiate competitive pricing without compromising quality or delivery timelines.
• Oversee procurement planning, budgeting, and cost control for all projects.
• Ensure timely sourcing of materials to support production, fabrication, and event delivery.
• Maintain proper documentation, including POs, quotations, vendor contracts, and audit trails.
• Work closely with Account Management, Production, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce procurement policies, ensure compliance, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain high-quality standards across all projects.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8+ years procurement experience, with at least 3 years in experiential marketing, events, or production environment.
• Strong understanding of fabrication materials, production workflows, and event technical requirements.
• Existing network of vendors, fabricators, and suppliers in the experiential/event ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Strong planning and coordination abilities, especially under tight timelines.
• High integrity, financial discipline, and attention to detail.
