We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Staff management: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; provide motivation and handle disciplinary actions.
• Operations oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability, including coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Financial management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, monitor inventory, and analyze financial reports to meet profit and loss goals.
• Customer satisfaction: Ensure a positive dining experience, handle customer complaints, and use feedback to improve service.
• Quality and safety: Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Marketing and strategy: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and customer engagement, sometimes collaborating with marketing teams.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: Previous restaurant management or a senior role in the restaurant industry is essential.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities are critical.
• Knowledge: Must understand restaurant operations, financial management, customer service, and food safety regulations.
• Abilities: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N13,000 - N150,000 monthly.
