To top it off, we have carefully crafted Mövenpick Ice Cream with the Alpine Spirit. The way we take care of our cows Matilda, Sophie and Candy, the one that inspires us to passionately pick the right natural ingredients to craft every Mövenpick Ice Cream.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Member

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Customer service and front-of-house duties:

• Greet and seat guests: Welcome customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Take orders: Accurately record customer food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks: Deliver prepared orders to tables and be attentive to customer needs.
• Handle transactions: Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Address inquiries and complaints: Answer guest questions about the menu and resolve issues professionally.

Food preparation and kitchen duties:

• Prepare ingredients: Wash and chop produce, prepare meats, and assemble dishes according to guidelines.
• Assemble and cook food: Put together menu items and cook them as needed.
• Maintain food safety: Adhere to all food hygiene and safety standards, such as cleaning and sanitizing food areas.
• Restock supplies: Keep stations and the kitchen stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.

General operations and teamwork:

• Maintain cleanliness: Keep dining areas, workstations, and kitchen areas clean and tidy.
• Perform shift duties: Assist with side work like rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, and stocking service stations.
• Work under pressure: Remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Collaborate with the team: Work together with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Follow brand standards: Ensure all products and guest experiences are consistent with the restaurant's brand and standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 2 years experience and must reside around Lugbe.

Salary
N76,000 monthly.
