Job Title: Male Lounge Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos 
Age: 30 - 38 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

• The Lounge Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a premium lounge, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth flow of activities, staff efficiency, and compliance with hospitality standards.
• He will work closely with management to maintain the lounge’s ambience, drive customer satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management

• Oversee daily lounge operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor floor activities, customer flow, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and lounge standards.
• Coordinate lounge opening and closing procedures.

Staff Management:

• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff, waiters, and bartenders.
• Prepare staff rosters and manage scheduling to ensure optimal staffing.
• Conduct daily briefings and address performance issues promptly.

Customer Service

• Ensure guests receive top-tier hospitality service.
• Handle customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of customer engagement and retention.

Inventory & Stock Control:

• Monitor stock levels of beverages, consumables, and lounge supplies.
• Work with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
• Reduce wastage through proper stock management.

Revenue & Sales Support:

• Support management in driving sales and achieving financial targets.
• Promote upselling and special lounge offerings.
• Monitor billing, POS usage, and ensure accurate financial records.

Compliance & Security:

• Ensure adherence to lounge policies, Lagos state hospitality regulations, and nightlife safety guidelines.
• Maintain orderliness and coordinate with security personnel when necessary.

Reporting:

• Provide daily reports on operations, staff performance, and customer feedback.
• Report operational challenges and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7 years experience in lounge, bar, club, or nightlife entertainment industry.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
• A graduate of Business Administration or relevant field with proven experience
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must be well-groomed, confident, and professional.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory tools.
• Male candidates only (operational requirement).

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
