Inventory Officer at a Leading National Pharmacy - Kaplo Africa

Kaplo Africa - Our client, a leading national Pharmacy, is recruiting knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and smart candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Urgency: Immediate resumption required

Responsibilities

• Communicate price changes to branch (es) if and when it occurs.
• Transfer all verified and price tagged products to branch (es) and Sections.
• Generate barcodes for all products without barcodes.
• Do return of products at assigned branch(es) on Quick Books, print transfer papers for the items to be moved to HQ.
• Ensure that the supplier is informed of the returns within 48 hours of supply and returned products gets to suppliers within 5 days after supply.
• Ensure that all transfers get to assigned branch twice weekly, Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Log in the Product Sent Log Sheet, the date, time and number of cartons sent to assigned branch.
• Ensure no product is over/under stocked at assigned branch(es) to maintain optimal stock.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
