We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, in-app chat)
• Provide timely, professional, and friendly responses to client questions or concerns
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads, ensuring they’re updated on available listings or appointments
• Escalate issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary
• Coordinate with agents and marketers to gather property information, photos, and client feedback
• Assist in scheduling property tours, inspections, and meetings
• Track agent activity and client engagement, ensuring smooth communication flow
• Support agents with material requests (brochures, flyers, digital content)
• Upload and update property listings across internal systems, social platforms, and listing websites
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and have high-quality visuals and descriptions
• Tag listings by area, type, price, and agent assigned for easy retrieval and filtering
• Maintain a centralized CRM or database of leads, clients, and listings
• Help track deal progress, documentation, and client feedback
• Provide weekly reports on lead follow-ups, customer interactions, and listing performance
• Ensure records are well-organized and accessible to team members.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 5 years of experience in customer service, real estate support, or a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools
• Experience with property listing platforms (e.g., PropertyPro, PrivateProperty) is a plus
• Must be a team player, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
