Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation and customer outreach: Identify potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Sales presentations: Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, clearly communicating their value and benefits.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Customer support: Address customer questions and concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in a CRM system.
• Market analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
• Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports for management, detailing progress and results.

Essential Requirements, Skills and Qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for pitching, negotiating, and building rapport.
• Interpersonal skills: The ability to connect with people, build trust, and work well with both clients and internal teams is crucial.
• Problem-solving: The capacity to understand client needs and effectively overcome objections is a key part of the sales process.
• Results-oriented mindset.
• Must reside around wuse.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
