Job Description
We are looking for ambitious, high-performing, extremely dogged, classy and focused Corporate Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team in Lagos.
The responsibilities include selling our various solar solutions and systems to leads, nurturing them and converting them to customers using several strategies and meeting sales targets.
In this role, you will be responsible for targeting and acquiring new corporate accounts, demonstrating how our products can meet their needs and help achieve their energy goals.
He/She will engage C-Suite Executives, heads of parastatals, directors of government bodies, senior executives and boards of directors, with the sole aim of building relationships and driving corporate sales.
Responsibilities
Clearly communicating and selling our solar solution packages to the right market audience.
Adopting well-researched strategies to drive sales.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Making presentations remotely and physically to corporates to sell the solutions.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
Preparing excellently crafted and customised introduction letters and proposals.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the solar solutions meet their corporate and staff needs.
Explain accurately the features, benefits and pricing of products and service
Preparing and sending quotes and invoices.
Continuous nurturing and follow-up of prospects.
Drive customer retention and repeat patronage
Building and maintaining a CRM database.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings remotely and physically.
Preparing required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Providing regular market intelligence on other competing brands.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation.
Handling objections by reinforcing the value proposition.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Requirements/ Skills
HND or BSc. in any relevant discipline.
3 to 5 years proven experience in a corporate sales role.
Background in the solar industry is required
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
Possess an existing database of corporate clients and network.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite
Familiar with the use of CRM application.
Must be friendly and persuasive.
Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Solid command of English language and good communication skills.
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.
Persistent and results-oriented.
Patient and able to handle customer objections.
