Job Summary

• PWAN Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Network Marketer with a deep understanding of multilevel marketing (MLM), network expansion, and team leadership.
• This role is designed for someone who has successfully built large networks, driven high-volume sales through people, and understands how to motivate and sustain an active, productive marketing team.
• Your primary focus will be recruitment, onboarding, empowerment, retention, and performance growth of network marketers across the PWAN structure.

Key Responsibilities (Strongly Network Marketing Focused)

• Lead aggressive recruitment and expansion of new marketers into the PWAN network marketing system.
• Design and implement network-driven sales strategies that increase property sales through team activities.
• Train marketers on PWAN business model, compensation plan, products, and prospecting strategies.
• Drive mass mobilization, team activation, and consistent activity within the marketing network.
• Develop leadership pipelines by identifying, mentoring, and empowering team leaders.
• Organize weekly and monthly network meetings, presentations, and seminars to keep marketers engaged.
• Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and strengthen loyalty within the network.
• Provide tools, scripts, presentation materials, and support needed for network expansion.
• Monitor growth patterns, analyse team performance, and report network progress to management.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and high performance throughout the PWAN network.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s / Master`s Degree
• 5 - 10 years proven experience in network marketing, MLM, or similar team-based sales structure.
• Strong experience building and managing large, active networks (hundreds or thousands of marketers).
• Deep understanding of recruitment funnels, team duplication, and compensation-plan-driven motivation.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to drive mass mobilization and motivate people from diverse backgrounds.
• Real estate network marketing experience is a MAJOR advantage.
• Strong presentation skills—online and physical.
• Target-driven, strategic, and passionate about people development.
