In 1959, Late Chief Gabriel Adekunle Ogunbowale had a dream of delivering hope to the auto mechanic industry, hence the incorporation of Hope Motor Works, a company he started shortly after his resignation from ARAB MOTORS in Aba eastern part of Nigeria.

As a dogged entrepreneur he weathered through the storm adopting several business models including partnership all with the bid to deliver hope to his esteem customers. Hope Motor Works operated effectively as one stop shop dealing in auto repairs, panel beating and spray painting, among others.

The company had its operational locations at Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland but effectively shut down its Lagos Island operations in the year 1970. The word Hope within the business name speaks to the founders’ dream to constantly restore hope to its customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential customers through various methods, including leads, referrals, and social media.
• Initiate contact with prospective customers, present products or services, and build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions and benefits.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and stay informed about industry trends.
• Achieve and maintain sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
• Understand customer needs, challenges, and preferences, and provide solutions to address specific needs on their car.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
• Gather feedback from customers on our service and know necessary improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Explore new markets, territories, or customer segments for potential business growth.

Qualifications

• HND, OND
• Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
