Job Title: Master Data QA & Data Integration Specialist

As a Master Data team we:
Enable smooth and efficient business operations by ensuring high-quality master data management. Our team partners with key functions across the organization, such as Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, to drive business results and enhance operational excellence.
Master Data QA & Data Integration Specialist is a role part of Hellenic Bottling Company’s Business Service Organization (BSO) Master Data Team. As part of the it, a person in the position works directly with CCH Group Functions, CCH HQ (DTPS) and a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Master Data Quality Analyst as part of the Quality team is translating from business to technical Business Requirements, evaluating delivered data quality checks - performing User Acceptance Tests (UAT), identifying and communicating bugs and issues, performing manual mappings, and maintaining routine communication with stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing
Monitor and validate Master Data Quality Checks and ensure compliance with KBIs
Perform UAT on new data quality rules, ETL logic, and system enhancements
Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams
Identify, document, and communicate bugs, inconsistencies, and data quality issues
Track raised issues to closure and ensure timely resolution
Support integration of Master Data from SAP and non-SAP systems
Perform manual mappings and validations for complex datasets
Analyze recurring data issues and provide improvement recommendations
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency gains
Contribute to the design and maintenance of data governance processes
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across markets and HQ
Provide training and guidance on best practices
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, simplifying complex inquiries
You can be successful in this role if you have:
Technical Skills:
Practical experience with Python, including data processing and automation
Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation logic, optimization)
Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) and their use in data integration workflows
Knowledge of data warehousing
Comfortable with Power BI, Azure, or SAP modules (a strong advantage)
Experience with exploratory data analysis, data profiling, and reporting (a strong advantage).
Functional Skills:
Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional projects
Excellent written and verbal English
Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities with the capacity to meet deadlines
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Customer-centric mindset, initiative, and problem-solving attitude
