NoemDek Limited is an EPC Company incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, FMCGs, etc. Over the past five years, the firm and its international partners have supported clients on large infrastructure projects and after-sales services to ensure the assets are maintained effectively and a client’s operations run smoothly.

Job Title: Business Manager - Energy & Power

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a dynamic Business Manager to drive growth and operational excellence across NoemDek’s Energy & Power division.
• You’ll lead strategic initiatives, oversee key projects, and optimize operations across multiple energy ventures.
• This is an opportunity to influence high-impact infrastructure projects, mentor teams, and shape business operations that power West Africa’s energy sector. 

Job Description
Business Strategy & Leadership:

• Define and execute business strategy for the Energy & Power division
• Lead growth initiatives and operational planning
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive innovation and expansion
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. 

Operations & Project Management:

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Implement frameworks to ensure high-quality execution
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
• Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders, investors, and development partners. 

Team & Culture:

• Mentor and develop team members
• Build a collaborative, high-performing culture
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for the division
• Drive team accountability through clear goals and performance management
• Foster continuous learning and capacity building across the team 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with finance, engineering, and technical team
• Provide business insights to support decision-making
• Align operational execution with company goals
• Support company wide initiatives
•  Co-ordinate with project and field teams 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.
• 5 years of progressive experience in business management, operations, or commercial leadership roles, ideally within the energy, logistics, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and operational oversight.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and performance management.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
