Requirements
Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or related field) is a strong advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in operations, business development, or management roles.
• Proven experience in real estate, property management, marketing, or technology-driven startups.
• Strong background in scaling startups or managing operational structures in a growing company.
• Experience with digital platforms or online marketplaces is highly desirable.

Core Skills and Competencies
Operational Leadership:

• Ability to design and oversee efficient day-to-day operations of the company.
• Proven skills in process optimization, business planning, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, property listing management, and sales cycles in real estate.

Strategic Execution:

• Collaborates closely with the CEO to translate vision into actionable business strategies.
• Capable of implementing scalable systems, processes, and KPIs for tracking growth and performance.
• Experience in launching new products, services, or regional expansions.

Financial & Resource Management:

• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to allocate resources efficiently across departments (marketing, tech, sales, and support).
• Understands fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling (advantageous in startup settings).

Technology & Marketing Synergy;

• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Ability to align marketing technology and operations for better property visibility and customer engagement.
• Collaborates with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to optimize campaigns, lead conversions, and client satisfaction.

Leadership & Team Management:

• Exceptional people management and communication skills.
• Capable of building high-performing teams and establishing a strong company culture.
• Skilled at setting goals, mentoring Team memebers, and driving accountability.
