Job Title: SAP Senior Consultant, Quality Review

Location: Hyderabad, India

Job Summary

• The SAP Sr. Consultant Quality Review to join Dangote SAP Delivery Center in India. Review processes for SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems, quality management, and project delivery.
• This role involves leading a team of quality analysts, ensuring compliance with best practices, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions that meet business requirements.
• The SAP Quality Review Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Leadership:

• Lead and manage the SAP quality review team to ensure the delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.
• Define and implement quality assurance processes, standards, and methodologies for SAP projects.

Quality Review and Testing:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and documentation of SAP project quality reviews and testing activities.
• Conduct reviews of SAP functional and technical designs, configurations, and custom developments.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to SAP project delivery.
• Track and resolve quality-related issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Provide regular status updates on quality metrics, risks, and issues to project stakeholders.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes and tools.
• Implement best practices for SAP quality management and testing.
• Promote a quality and continuous improvement culture within the team and organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment on quality objectives.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to review quality deliverables and obtain stakeholder signoffs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to project managers and business leaders on quality-related matters.
• The QA Lead shall act as the Audit Liaison between the CoE and the Audit Function (Internal & External)

Team Development:

• Mentor and coach team members on quality assurance best practices and SAP expertise.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Identify training needs and support professional development opportunities.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and present quality assurance reports, metrics, and dashboards to senior management.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality processes, test cases, and results.
• Ensure audit readiness and support internal and external audits as needed.

Requirements
Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP Quality Consultant.
• Sound Knowledge and application of any of the IT Control & Quality Standards such as COSO, COBIT 2019, ISO 27001 Frameworks, etc
• Very Good Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Roles of the QA Lead
• Good understanding of SAP Best Practices
• Test Management & Change Request Handling using tools such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
• Experienced in Problem Investigation, Defect Management & Root Cause Analysis
• Experienced in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) – Ensuring adherence to SAP security and compliance
• Moderate Audit, Control & Quality Standards experience.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in SAP technologies and tools, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP Cloud Platforms.

Certifications:

• SAP certifications in relevant modules or solutions (SAP S/4HANA) are highly desirable.
• Certification in any of the following is crucial: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, ITIL.
