Sevan Construction Nigeria Limited was established in 1981 with Registration No. RC 37125 as a limited liability company specialized in all kinds of “PEB”: Pre-Engineered Buildings. Located in Lagos, Nigeria. Working from certified designs in the manufacturing and erection of steel structures, we can construct a wide variety of buildings such as: warehouses, airport hangers, factories, churches, commercial and residential spaces with Structural Steel fabrication design & erection to the civil construction and in the Oil & Gas Industries, development and manufacturing of various semi-trailers, rigid truck bodies, which enabled the company to deliver complete projects of steel structures coupled with civil engineering. Our factory is run by a team of specialized professional staff and can churn out 250tons of steel products a month. A qualified technical and professional team is available to assist when queries arise in the factory or for follow-up on site.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Domestic House Help

Location: Oregun, Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the kitchen.
• Dust furniture, vacuum floors or carpets, mop, and polish surfaces.
• Wash, iron, and fold clothing, linens, and towels.
• Use of Washing machine is a mandatory.
• Change bed linens and ensure beds are neatly made.
• Manage and organize cleaning supplies; notify when re-stocking is needed.
• Dispose of trash properly and maintain cleanliness of trash bins.
• Keep household cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Assist with occasional errands or simple meal preparation (if required).
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and adhere to safety standards.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of the household, including family routines and private spaces.
• Support in preparing guest rooms for visitors (if necessary).

Requirements

• Minimum of S.S.C.E qualification.
• Good communication skills — spoken and written.
• Must be honest, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Residence close to the job location (Oregun) in Lagos is a strong advantage.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
