Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Patrol Supervisor to join our esteemed Security and Investigations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our securitystaff, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and premises.

• This position demands a committed individual with a strong background in security protocols and law enforcement, capable of making crucial decisions in high-pressure situations.
• As a Patrol Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing and mentoring security personnel, conducting regular inspections, and implementing strategic patrol routes to deter potential threats.
• Additionally, you will be instrumental in maintaining open lines of communication with clients, while also providing detailed reports of daily activities and incidents to management. Your expertise will help foster a culture of vigilance and safety within our organization, promoting a secure environment for all stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the patrol team.
• Conduct regular inspections of properties and installations to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Develop and implement effective patrol strategies to mitigate risks and enhance security measures.
• Coordinate response efforts for incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Train and mentor security personnel, fostering a strong team environment and promoting best practices.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational effectiveness.
• Liaise with clients and law enforcement agencies to address security concerns and provide updates on incidents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security or law enforcement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to prepare detailed reports.
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy guards.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly, make informed decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
