The company engages in the delivery of cosmetic procedures, including both surgical and non-surgical treatments, aimed at enhancing physical appearance and overall wellbeing.The clinic also offers general healthcare services, ensuring the promotion of preventive and curative health management. In addition, Reverse Aesthetics Limited undertakes hair transplant and restoration procedures, as well as dental cosmetic and general dental treatments, utilizing modern technology and professional expertise to ensure high standards of care and patient satisfaction.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant (Corper)

Location: Oniru - Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a competent, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Accountant to manage all financial and accounting operations of the clinic.
• The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling complete accounting books, tax remittances, and statutory compliance returns, while ensuring accurate financial reporting and proper internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Record Keeping:

• Manage all the clinic’s accounting books, including general ledger, cashbook, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial updates for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of all financial records.
• Prepare and post journal entries, and ensure proper classification of transactions.

Tax Remittances & Statutory Compliance:

• Handle all tax remittances, including VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, Company Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Prepare and file compliance returns to relevant government authorities (FIRS, LIRS, pension bodies, etc.).
• Ensure the company complies with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
• Liaise with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct variance analysis, financial forecasting, and budget monitoring.
• Provide data-driven insights to support management decisions.

Payroll Management:

• Manage timely and accurate payroll processing for all clinic staff.
• Ensure correct statutory deductions and remittances (PAYE, pension, NSITF, etc.).

Cashflow & Budget Control:

• Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cashflow projections.
• Ensure proper documentation, authorization, and accountability of all expenditures.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and ensure spending aligns with financial plans.

Internal Controls & Financial Integrity:

• Implement strong accounting controls to safeguard the company’s finances.
• Ensure compliance with all internal financial policies and standard operating procedures.
• Recommend improvements to financial systems and processes.
• Experience managing full accounting books and tax compliance is mandatory.
