About the Role

• GrowthBoosters is seeking an energetic, target-driven Graduate Trainee to support our B2C engagement and retail-investor acquisition efforts in Ibadan.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about financial services, thrives in people-facing environments, and is comfortable executing both online and offline engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Campaigns:

• Boost brand visibility across Ibadan through user-centric marketing campaigns.
• Support the creation and deployment of grassroots awareness strategies tailored to local communities.
• Conduct market research to understand user behaviours, needs, and engagement patterns.

Investor Acquisition (B2C):

• Execute B2C acquisition strategy aimed at identifying, engaging, and converting new retail investors.
• Conduct one-on-one engagements with prospective users to explain platform benefits.
• Drive street marketing activation—markets, malls, events, campuses, trade clusters, etc.
• Build a pipeline of prospective users and follow up to achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets.

Engagement & Support:

• Assist in onboarding new users onto the platform, ensuring a smooth first-time experience.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product and marketing decisions.
• Participate in community events, awareness drives, outreach sessions, and investor education activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1 year experience (NYSC or internship acceptable).
• Strong research ability – able to gather insights from the field and translate them into action.
• Extroverted, confident communicator with excellent sales and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with fintech, investment platforms, or consumer-facing digital products.
• Target-driven with strong follow-through and personal accountability.
• Comfortable with field work and street-level marketing within Ibadan.
• Basic digital marketing skills (social media, WhatsApp engagement, simple reporting).
