Job Title: Front Desk & Client Services Officer

About the Role

• We are seeking a composed, empathetic, and well-organised individual to manage front-desk operations within our Funeral Home Services department.
• The role includes client support, documentation management, and coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive clients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Manage enquiries, phone calls, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions, releases, and service requests.
• Provide clear guidance on procedures and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for service updates and communication.
• Ensure compliance with facility protocols, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Keep the reception area organised and support administrative workflows.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc Degree in Administration, Health Information Management, Science, or related fields.
• Strong client-service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and empathetic in sensitive situations.
• Previous experience in healthcare, laboratory, funeral home, or technical service environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry.
