Job Title: Business Manager (Hospitality & Short-Term Rentals)

Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead overall operations, drive growth, and enhance guest experience across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, skilled in managing diverse teams, optimising processes, and maintaining high service standards.
Experience with international clients especially within the UK hospitality or property management space is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and overall direction to drive operational excellence and business growth across all shortlet and hospitality assets.
Oversee daily operations including guest management, property performance, service quality, and compliance with hospitality and accommodation standards.
Lead, mentor, and support departmental heads (Operations, Customer Service Representatives Guest Services, Housekeeping, Finance, Sales & Marketing) to achieve organisational goals.
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences across all properties.
Develop and implement long-term business strategies for portfolio expansion, revenue optimisation, and market competitiveness.
Strengthen relationships with property owners, partners, vendors, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
Monitor performance across all teams, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, occupancy rates, guest satisfaction scores, and service standards are achieved.
Support recruitment, talent development, and workforce planning to build a high-performing hospitality team.
Represent the organisation at industry events, stakeholder meetings, and strategic engagements.
Maintain and promote a strong organisational culture focused on professionalism, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Identify new opportunities for service development, property acquisition, partnerships, and market expansion.
Provide regular reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Real Estate Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum of 8 years’ leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior hospitality, property management, or short-term rental role.
Experience working with international markets or clients, particularly UK-based, is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking capabilities.
Proven ability to scale hospitality operations, improve processes, and enhance overall performance.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, revenue management, and portfolio performance monitoring.
Ability to manage multi-site operations, complex regulatory environments, and diverse stakeholder expectations.
Desirable:
Experience in short-term rentals, serviced apartments, Airbnb portfolio management, or hospitality leadership.
Experience working with international markets or clients, particularly UK-based, is a strong advantage.
Innovative, forward-thinking, and comfortable making data-driven decisions to improve operations and profitability.
