Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales for Adron Homes and Properties Limited.
• The role requires active marketing, relationship building, prospect conversion, and consistent achievement of sales targets to support the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell real estate products developed by Adron Homes.
• Identify potential clients through field marketing, networking, referrals, online channels, and cold calling.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain an updated database of clients and sales records.
• Conduct product presentations and property tours for interested clients.
• Engage clients professionally, providing accurate information on available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports and submit to the Business Manager.
• Monitor market competition and provide feedback on trends to support strategy development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat sales and referrals.
• Participate in promotional activities, marketing events, and exhibitions organized by the company.
• Uphold the brand image and ensure excellent customer experience before, during, and after sales.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or relevant fields.
• 1 – 3 years sales experience (real estate or FMCG sales experience is an advantage).
• Must reside within Lekki, Ikate, Ajah, Jakande, Victoria Island, Oniru, Sangotedo, Surulere, CMS, or Broadstreet.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Good presentation and social selling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools.
• Self-driven, energetic, resilient, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Professional appearance and customer service orientation.
