Job Title: Officer, Branding / Creative Department

Responsibilities
Brand Development & Management:

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including guidelines for print and digital applications.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials, packaging, signage, and client communications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor branding to update and evolve brand strategy.

Creative Design & Content Production:

• Design brochures, catalogs, posters, business cards, signage, packaging, and other print collateral.
• Create digital graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations.
• Manage creative concepts from idea to execution, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand objectives.
• Collaborate with prepress and production teams to ensure technical accuracy in print-ready files.

Marketing & Campaign Support:

• Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Support sales teams with custom design solutions, samples, and branded materials.
• Contribute creative ideas for improving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Project & Workflow Management:

• Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain organized design libraries, brand assets, and digital files.
• Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and agencies when necessary.
