Job Summary

• We need a dynamic Social Media Manager to support our expanding marketing team and strengthen our digital presence. We’re committed to engaging our community with authentic and creative storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a consistent social media strategy across major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create engaging, audience-focused content and manage a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
• Grow engagement, followers, and sales.
• Create high-quality content( graphics, reels, captions).
• Run targeted campa0igns and track ROI.
• Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Build and engage with online communities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relating field.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into content strategy.
• 2 yrs+ working experience in content creation, and social media management.
• Proven track record managing or designing for social media accounts.
• Experience with brand consistency and visual identity development.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management, attention to details, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing trends and feedback.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content optimization.
• Experience in running paid social media ads.
• Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
