About the Job

• We are seeking a Senior General Manager to lead, scale, and transform our operations in FCT Abuja.
• He/She must have exceptional experience in Business Development, Real Estate, Construction, and Human Management. must be a strategic operator, a proven deal maker, a powerful team leader, and an executive who doesn’t just maintain the status quo, but elevates performance and converts opportunities into measurable success.

Responsibilities

• Deep expertise in real estate development and large-scale construction.
• Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and profitability.
• A proven ability to identify business opportunities, create strategic alliances, and engage with high-level investors.
• Mastery in leadership, building culture, accountability, and performance excellence.
• A relentless execution mindset, turning boardroom strategy into on-ground results.
• Provide strategic leadership and full operational direction for the Abuja business unit.
• Oversee all projects from concept to completion, ensuring top-tier quality and timely delivery.
• Build and strengthen relationships with investors, government bodies, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive market expansion, revenue growth, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost-optimization.
• Lead and mentor high-caliber teams across technical, commercial, and administrative departments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety policies, and quality benchmarks.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and authority in all strategic engagements.
• Anticipate market shifts and evolve business strategy to maintain leadership position.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 –15+ years in senior leadership roles within real estate development, construction, or related industries.
• Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects and complex operational environments.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet ambitious deadlines.
• Deep understanding of the Abuja market is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in team building, talent development, and organizational leadership.
• A high-performance mentality disciplined, accountable, and execution-driven.
