Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

About The Role

• We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketer/Social Media Manager to join our growing microfinance bank.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies that increase brand visibility, attract new customers, engage our online community, and drive conversions across all digital channels.
• You will manage the bank’s online presence, execute digital campaigns, and work closely with various teams to ensure consistent branding and communication.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
• Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand content (graphics, videos, captions, stories).
• Manage daily posting, customer engagements, and community interactions.
• Track social media analytics and optimize content performance.

Digital Marketing:

• Plan and execute targeted digital campaigns to drive leads and customer acquisition.
• Manage online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads).
• Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and SMS marketing.
• Improve SEO/SEM efforts and website visibility.
• Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools.

Branding & Communication:

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital content and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote loan products, savings products, and financial inclusion initiatives.
• Create marketing materials and digital assets to support campaigns.

Customer Engagement & Reputation Management:

• Respond to online inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage the bank’s online reputation and engage with customers to build trust and loyalty.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management (experience in financial services is an added advantage).
• Proven experience running paid ads and organic growth strategies.
• Strong content creation skills (graphics, video editing, copywriting).
• Proficiency with digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
