Summary

• We seek a highly motivated Senior Brand Manager with FMCG experience to lead new milk product development from concept to commercialization.
• Responsibilities include research, strategic planning, product development, formulation, regulatory compliance, project management, financial planning, exploring manufacturing partnerships, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and strategic planning to identify opportunities for new milk products.
• Develop and formulate new milk products, ensuring regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Marketing).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals.
• Develop financial plans and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
• Explore manufacturing partnership opportunities to support product launch and growth.
• Manage resources and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement brand strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development and brand management (dairy/food industry preferred).
• Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
