Olam Sanyo Foods Limited was a Nigerian joint venture between Olam International and Sanyo Foods Co., Ltd, formed to manufacture and distribute instant noodles and other packaged food products across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. The partnership combined Olam's extensive distribution network in Africa with Sanyo Foods' expertise in noodle technology and manufacturing. The company was a significant player in the Nigerian instant noodles market, known for its" Cherie" brand, which included products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Flour Mixer

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Operating Mixing Equipment: Operate and monitor mechanical mixers, sifting equipment, and other related machinery to blend ingredients for products like dough, icing, or other food items.
• Recipe Adherence: Accurately measure and combine ingredients according to specific formulas, recipes, and production specifications.
• Quality Control: Ensure the final product meets quality standards by monitoring mixing time, temperature, and consistency, and adjusting settings as needed.
• Production and Scheduling: Work efficiently to keep the mixing process on schedule, ensuring timely delivery of mixed products to the next stage of production.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record data such as time, temperature, and batch details as required.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance on mixing equipment to ensure it is in optimal working condition and to prevent cross-contamination.
• Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and sanitation, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the mixing process.

Requirements
