Job Title: Field Sales Marketer

Job Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales Marketer to promote our products and services directly to customers.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, market research, and networking.
• Present, promote, and demonstrate products effectively to customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Distribute marketing materials and create brand awareness in designated areas.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on field activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration.
• Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns when required.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional representation of the company at all times.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 5 - 10 years proven experience as a Field Sales Marketer or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets under minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Physically fit and willing to move around for field activities.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Must be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Preferred:

• Experience in marketing furniture, interior solutions, or similar products (if relevant).
• Ability to use basic digital tools for reporting (WhatsApp, Excel, email, etc.).
