Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Photo & Video Content Associate to lead the visual storytelling of Alaro City.
This role combines photography, videography, video editing, and content creation to produce compelling visual assets for marketing campaigns, digital channels, events, and corporate communication.
The ideal candidate must be versatile capable of capturing exceptional images, filming high-quality videos, editing content, and managing the full production process from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Photography:
Capture high-quality photographs for marketing campaigns, events, corporate activities, real estate, products, lifestyle content, and project progress.
Conduct monthly drone shoots (flyovers) to document ongoing project development.
Retouch, edit, and manage photo assets to maintain high visual standards.
Ensure all photography aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
Videography & Video Production:
Plan, film, and edit video content for campaigns, events, social media, corporate communication, interviews, and project updates.
Create short-form and long-form videos optimized for various digital platforms.
Capture footage for storytelling, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes coverage.
Deliver polished video outputs including motion graphics, transitions, and sound where required.
Content Development & Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing & Communications team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
Develop content calendars for photography and video needs.
Collaborate with designers and social media managers to ensure cohesive and impactful visual communication.
Organize and archive all visual content for easy retrieval and future use.
Equipment & Workflow Management:
Operate and maintain photography, videography, and drone equipment.
Ensure safe storage and proper care of all equipment.
Manage production timelines and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
Innovation & Brand Alignment:
Stay updated on industry trends, production techniques, and editing styles to keep content fresh and competitive.
Maintain a consistent visual tone that strengthens the brand’s overall communication.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in photography, videography, and editing.
Proven portfolio showcasing strong work across events, corporate, lifestyle, product, and real estate photography and videography.
