About the Role
The Product Marketer sits at the centre of product, brand, and growth.
You’ll be responsible for crafting clear messaging, creating content that converts, understanding user needs, and driving adoption among buyers and sellers.
You’ll work closely with the founding team, meaning your work will directly shape how millions of Nigerians discover and trust SAFETRANSACT.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Develop and refine SAFETRANSACT’s product messaging across all channels.
Create compelling video content, social media campaigns, and product explainers that increase product adoption.
Conduct customer and market research to deeply understand buyer and vendor behaviour.
Lead go-to-market execution for new features, updates, and product releases.
Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure user insights shape product decisions.
Track performance metrics (engagement, CVR, retention) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
Develop and execute growth experiments, including referral programs, onboarding flows, and targeted campaigns.
Represent the product in brand videos, user education clips, and marketing content (very preferred).
Qualifications

Strong experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to craft clear, compelling stories for different audiences.
Strong understanding of social media, short-form video, and performance content.
Ability to analyse data, identify insights, and optimise campaigns.
Experience with user research or customer interviews (bonus).
Experience with fintech, e-commerce, or product-led growth (bonus but not required).
A proactive mindset: someone who can own projects end-to-end.
