Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead and oversee our sales team, drive revenue growth, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, a proven ability to meet targets, and the skills to adapt to a competitive market environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profit goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of targets.
• Analyze market trends, industry insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Oversee the adoption and use of CRM tools to streamline sales processes and drive efficiency.
• Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership and business development roles.
• Bachelor's degree/HND in Computer Science, Social Sciences, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets (top and bottom line).
• Strong ability to analyze market and industry insights to inform sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Salary
N500,000 - N1,000,000 Monthly.
