Job Title: Field Sales Engineer (Female)

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos (with nationwide field assignments)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled female Field Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, managing client relationships, and providing technical sales support for our range of industrial and engineering products.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity for a technically minded professional who is passionate about combining engineering expertise with business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell range of machine tools, spare parts, and industrial products to clients across Nigeria.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships.
  • Pitching products and services to both existing and new customers
  • Maintaining profitable and sustained business relationships with customers - both existing and potential.
  • Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and after-sales support to industrial clients.
  • Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Prepare technical sales proposals, quotations, and periodic sales reports.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth strategy.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in technical sales, field marketing, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of engineering products, machinery, or metal fabrication tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for field assignments.
